Sun Solaris IPv6 Packet Denial of Service Vulnerability

Sun has released a security advisory detailing a vulnerability that may allow remote attackers to crash the system with a specially crafted IPv6 packet. It is reported that the Solaris kernel may not properly handle the packet, resulting in a kernel panic.
