Bitfolge Snif Downloads Directory Traversal Vulnerability

snif has been reported prone to a directory traversal issue. The issue is likely due to a lack of sufficient sanitization performed on URI parameters passed to the snif script. It has been reported that by passing directory traversal sequences '../..' to snif an attacker may break out of the web root and may download web server readable files.
