QID 150491: phpMyAdmin Authentication bypass Vulnerability (CVE-2022-23807)

phpMyAdmin is a free and open source tool written in PHP for managing and administering databases such as the MySQL and MariaDB application systems.

In affected versions of phpMyadmin, a valid user who is already authenticated to phpMyAdmin can manipulate their account to bypass two-factor authentication for future login instances.

Affected Versions:
phpMyAdmin versions from 4.9.0 to 4.9.7
phpMyAdmin versions from 5.1.0 to 5.1.1

QID Detection Logic (Unauthenticated):
This QID sends a HTTP GET request to "doc/html/index.html" and determines the vulnerable version of phpMyAdmin running on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could allow an authenticated user to bypass two factor authentication for that account.
