QID 150723: Citrix Application Delivery Controller (ADC) and Citrix Gateway Multiple Vulnerabilities (CTX477714)

Cross site scripting and an arbitrary file read Vulnerability has been discovered in Citrix ADC and Citrix Gateway.

QID Detection Logic (Basic Authentication) :
This QID sends an authenticated HTTP GET request to "/nitro/v1/config/nsversion" endpoint and checks for vulnerable versions of Citrix ADC and Citrix Gateway running on the target system.

Successful exploitation of these vulnerabilities could allow an unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary JavaScript code in the context of the interface or allow the attacker to access sensitive browser-based information or read arbitrary files.

    Customers are advised to install the relevant updated versions of Citrix ADC or Citrix Gateway:
