QID 150778: XWiki Remote Code Execution (RCE) Vulnerability (CVE-2024-21650)
XWiki Platform is a generic wiki platform offering runtime services for applications built on top of it.
Affected versions of XWiki are vulnerable to a remote code execution (RCE) attack through its user registration feature. This issue allows an attacker to execute arbitrary code by crafting malicious payloads in the "first name" or "last name" fields during user registration. This impacts all installations that have user registration enabled for guests.

XWiki versions prior to 14.10.17
XWiki versions from 15.0 up to 15.5.3
XWiki versions from 15.6 up to 15.7
QID Detection Logic (Unauthenticated):
This QID sends HTTP GET requests to multiple endpoints and checks for vulnerable version of XWiki running on the target host.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the target system.
