CVE-2022-25277 : Drupal core had a vulnerability where the form API incorrectly evaluated form element access, allowing users to modify data they shouldn't have access to. While no Drupal core forms were affected, forms added by contributed or custom modules or themes could be vulnerable
CVE-2022-25278 : Under certain circumstances, the Drupal core form API evaluates form element access incorrectly. This may lead to a user being able to alter data they should not have access to.

Drupal 8.0.0 to 9.3.18
Drupal 9.4.0 to 9.4.2
