QID 20403: IBM DB2 Denial of Service (DoS) Vulnerability (7105505)

IBM DB2 for Linux, UNIX and Windows (includes Db2 Connect Server) could allow an authenticated user with CONNECT privileges to cause a denial of service using a specially crafted query.

Affected Versions:
IBM DB2 10.5 prior to special build for 10.5 FP11
IBM DB2 11.1 prior to special build for version V11.1.4 FP7
IBM DB2 11.5 prior to special build version 11.5.8

Prior to Special Build version V11.5.9

QID Detection Logic:
Authenticated (DB2): This QID queries the DB2 server to get the server version and fix pack level and checks to see if it's vulnerable.

Authenticated (Windows):
This QID checks for vulnerable versions of DB2 on windows OS

Successful exploitation could allow an authenticated user with CONNECT privileges to cause a denial of service using a specially crafted query.
