A vulnerability in the Cisco IOS XE Software could allow an authenticated, local attacker to execute arbitrary commands as root on the underlying host operating system.

Vulnerability affected Cisco devices if they were running a vulnerable release of Cisco IOS XE Software and supported the utd engine standard unified-policy configuration command.
