Apache NetBeans is an integrated development environment for Java.

To be able to analyse a gradle project, the build script needs to be executed. Apache NetBeans follows this pattern and does not allow the user to intercept/prevent the execution.

Affected Versions:
Apache NetBeans versions up to 12.0

Apache NetBeans did not request consent from the user for the analysis of the project at load time. This in turn will run potentially malicious code, from an external source, without the consent of the user.
