CVE-2021-3449 : An OpenSSL TLS server may crash if sent a maliciously crafted renegotiation ClientHello message from a client.
CVE-2021-2450 : OpenSSL security check bypass.
Affected Versions of Python:
Python Versions 0.x up to 3.8.8
Python Versions 3.9.x up to 3.9.2

Detects the installed python version either from py.exe or patchlevel.h file.

Successful exploitation of these vulnerabilities may allow an attacker to crash the OpenSSL or enables untrusted users to modify OpenSSL's default configuration, insert CA certificates, modify (or even replace) existing engine modules, etc.
