CVE-2019-8605:issue was addressed with improved memory management. QID Detection Logic:
The detection reviews the build version number from the output of the "sw_vers" command.

A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause unexpectedly alter application state, arbitrary code execution with system and able to access restricted files etc.

CVSS V3 rated as High - 7.8 severity.

CVSS V2 rated as Critical - 9.3 severity.

Apple macOS Mojave 10.14.6 Supplemental Update has been released to address these issues. The update can be downloaded and installed via Apple Downloads.
