QID 375803: Zoho ManageEngine ADManager Plus Privilege Escalation Vulnerability

ADManager Plus is an integrated Active Directory (AD), Exchange Server, Office 365, Skype for Business (Lync), and G Suite management and reporting solution. This tool allows you to securely delegate OU and group-based AD tasks to help desk technicians.

Zoho ManageEngine ADManager Plus 6.6 Build 6657 allows local users to gain privileges (after a reboot) by placing a Trojan horse file into the permissive bin directory.

Affected Versions:
ADManager Plus prior to build number 6659

This QID checks for vulnerable version of Zoho Manage Engine ADManager Plus by checking the build number in "product.conf" file.

Successful exploitation of vulnerability may allow an attacker to escalate privileges and gain complete control of the system with SYSTEM privileges
