QID 376703: Oracle JDeveloper and Oracle ADF Unauthenticated Remote Code Execution (RCE) Vulnerability (CPUAPR2022)

Oracle JDeveloper is a free integrated development environment that simplifies the development of Java-based applications addressing every step of the application lifecycle.

The Vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle JDeveloper. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle JDeveloper.

Affected Versions:
Oracle JDeveloper and ADF 12.2.1.4.0 and 12.2.1.3.0

This QID checks for vulnerable version of jdeveloper and also checks if the patch is applied to the vulnerable version.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability can result in remote code execution and takeover of Oracle JDeveloper and ADF.
