Zoho ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus is vulnerable to Information disclosure vulnerability.

This vulnerability grants users (requesters and technicians) within a SupportCenter Plus portal, unauthorized access to the portal owners' personal information, including name, email address, and more. The vulnerability was the result of no role check procedure in Global Settings when appropriate APIs were called.

Affected Versions:
SupportCenter Plus versions from 11000 to 11024

Windows: Checks for vulnerable version of ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus by reading the version from buildinfo.xml file.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may grant attackers unauthorized access to the portal owners' personal information, including name, email address, and more.
