QID 378381: Zoho ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, ServiceDesk Plus MSP, SupportCenter Plus and AssetExplorer Local File Disclosure Vulnerability

Zoho ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, ServiceDesk Plus MSP, SupportCenter Plus and AssetExplorer are vulnerable to local file disclosure vulnerability. This file disclosure vulnerability allows non-login users to download local files from the ServiceDesk Plus, ServiceDesk Plus MSP and SupportCenter Plus server machines by sending a crafted email for ticket creation. The same vulnerability affects AssetExplorer too which falls under medium severity since it needs authentication to exploit.

Affected Versions:
ServiceDesk Plus versions 13007 and below
ServiceDesk Plus MSP versions 10605 and below
SupportCenter Plus versions 11021 and below
AssetExplorer version 6976 and below

QID Detection Logic (Authenticated):
Windows: Checks for vulnerable version of ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, ServiceDesk Plus MSP, SupportCenter Plus and AssetExplorer by reading the version from buildinfo.xml file.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability allows non-login users to download local files from the server machine.
