QID 379364: Azul Java Multiple Vulnerabilities Security Update January 2024

Azul is a Java Platform for modern enterprise. The JDK by Azul also known as Zulu.

Affected Versions:
Azul Java Versions prior to 6.61(CPU), 7.67(CPU), 8.75(CPU)/8.76(PSU), 11.69(CPU)/11.70(PSU), 17.47(CPU)/17.48(PSU), and 21.31(CPU)/21.32(PSU)

QID Detection Logic (Authenticated):
This QID checks for "HKLM\Software\Azul Systems\Zulu" and "HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Azul Systems\Zulu 32-bit" subkeys and fetch Azul version on Windows Operating Systems
This QID executes the command "java -version 2>&1" and checks for the zulu version on Linux Operating Systems

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could result in unauthorized access and an attacker can gain access to sensitive information and modify it.
