The Network Time Protocol (NTP) is used to synchronize the time of a computer client or server to another server or reference time source.

This update fixes denial of service vulnerability.

Affected Versions:
ntp-4.2.8p11 through ntp-4.2.8p14
ntp-4.3.97 through ntp-4.3.100
