QID 45415: PASSWORD locked users list (requires root)

The /etc/shadow file stores actual password in encrypted format (more like the hash of the password) for users account with additional properties related to user password. Basically, it stores secure user account information.

QID Detection Logic:
This check requires root privileges.
It only checks the password Locked state and shows from the file /etc/shadow
