Windows 10 Versions on/after 20H2, excluding LTSC and Server Versions.

QID Detection Logic (Authenticated):
This authenticated QID checks for the presence of Internet Explorer 11 and checks registry keys "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main" and "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ WOW6432Node \Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main", and gets flagged on hosts if the key "NotifyDisableIEOptions" is present under these registry paths.
