QID 45564: Report emgr command output - AIX

Report emgr -l command output on AIX os. Only the root user can run the emgr -l command. Efix data, saved files, and temporary files are accessible only to the root user. QID Detection Logic:
This authenticated QID reads data from emgr -l command and reports in it's result section.
