The following versions of Modicon Controllers, a PLC and PAC controller for industrial control systems, are affected:
Modicon M340: Firmware versions prior to v3.01
Modicon M580: Firmware versions prior to v2.80
Modicon Quantum: All firmware versions
Modicon Premium: All firmware versions

QID Detection Logic (Authenticated):
QID checks for the Vulnerable version of using passive scanning

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could result in a denial-of-service condition.

CVSS V3 rated as High - 7.5 severity.

CVSS V2 rated as Medium - 5 severity.
