QID 670872: EulerOS Security Update for python-pip (EulerOS-SA-2020-2490)

pip is a package management system used to install and manage software packages written in Python. Many packages can be found in the Python Package Index (PyPI). pip is a recursive acronym that can stand for either "Pip Installs Packages" or "Pip Installs Python". Security Fix(es): The pip package before 19.2 for Python allows Directory Traversal when a URL is given in an install command, because a Content-Disposition header can have ../ in a filename, as demonstrated by overwriting the /root/.ssh/authorized_keys file. This occurs in _download_http_url in _internal/download.py.(CVE-2019-20916)
