QID 671042: EulerOS Security Update for qt (EulerOS-SA-2021-2672)

Qt is a software toolkit for developing applications.
This package contains base tools, like string, xml, and network handling.
Security fix(es): qt5 versions up to qt 5.12.7, qt 5.14.1, qt 5.15.0 allows plugins to be loaded from current working directory, this can lead to compromised plugins to loaded leading to possible arbitrary code execution.(cve-2020-24741)
