QID 671052: EulerOS Security Update for libsndfile (EulerOS-SA-2021-2690)

Libsndfile is a c library for reading and writing sound files such as aiff, au, wav, and others through one standard interface.
It can currently read/write 8, 16, 24 and 32-bit pcm files as well as 32 and 64-bit floating point wav files and a number of compressed formats.
It compiles and runs on *nix, macos, and win32.
Security fix(es): a heap buffer overflow vulnerability in msadpcm_decode_block of libsndfile 1.0.30 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted wav file.(cve-2021-3246)

Note: The preceding description block is extracted directly from the security advisory. Using automation, we have attempted to clean and format it as much as possible without introducing additional issues.

An arbitrary attacker may exploit this vulnerability to compromise the system.
