QID 671078: EulerOS Security Update for libtasn1 (EulerOS-SA-2019-2620)

A library that provides abstract syntax notation one (asn.1, as specified by the x.680 itu-t recommendation) parsing and structures management, and distinguished encoding rules (der, as per x.690) encoding and decoding functions.
Security fix(es): the _asn1_check_identifier function in gnu libtasn1 through 4.12 causes a null pointer dereference and crash when reading crafted input that triggers assignment of a null value within an asn1_node structure.
It may lead to a remote denial of service attack.(cve-2017-10790)
