QID 730065: Black Tie Project Path Disclosure Vulnerability

Black Tie Project (BTP) is a PHP-based portal system. It's designed to be modular in nature, and allows users to easily create and customize additional modules. BTP is a French language project.

It was reported that BTP discloses path information. When a Web user makes a request for a non-existent page, an error page is served up containing the absolute path to the Web root on the host running the vulnerable software.

QID Detection Logic:
This QID checks for the vulnerable version by sending GET request to categorie.php3 webpage

If this vulnerability is successfully exploited, malicious users may obtain path information that could aid in further attacks against the host running the vulnerable software.

CVSS V2 rated as Medium - 5 severity.
