QID 730224: SonicWall Secure Mobile Access 100 series Pre-Authentication Directory Traversal Vulnerability (SNWLID-2019-0018)

SonicWall Secure Mobile Access (SMA) is a unified secure access gateway.

In SonicWall SMA100, an unauthenticated Directory Traversal vulnerability in the handleWAFRedirect CGI allows the user to test for the presence of a file on the server.

Affected version:
SonicWall SMA100 9.0.0.3 and earlier.

QID Detection Logic (Unauthenticated):
This QID detects the vulnerable firmware version from Web interface.

Successful exploitation of the vulnerability may allow an attacker to check for the presence of a file on the webserver
