QID 730286: WordPress OptinMonster Plugin Sensitive Information Disclosure Vulnerability

OptinMonster is a lead-generation plugin for WordPress, used by over 1,000,000 websites. It allows you to create optin forms that are proven to boost conversions.

The OptinMonster WordPress plugin is vulnerable to sensitive information disclosure and unauthorized setting updates due to insufficient authorization validation via the logged_in_or_has_api_key function in the /OMAPI/RestApi.php file that can be used to inject malicious web scripts on sites with the plugin installed.

Affected Versions:
OptinMonster versions prior to, and including version 2.6.4.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow an attacker to steal sensitive information of the targeted user.
