Affected Versions:
PaperCut NG version 8.0.0 prior to 20.1.7
PaperCut NG version 21.0.0 prior to 21.2.11
PaperCut NG version 22.0.0 prior to 22.0.9

QID Detection Logic(Unauthenticated):
Sending GET request on vulnerable endpoint "app?service=page/SetupCompleted" and obtaining JSESSIONID cookie that further used to login and request app?service=page/About for product information.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.
