QID Detection Logic (UnAuthenticated):
This QID sends POST request to "cf_scripts/scripts/ajax/ckeditor/plugins/filemanager/iedit.cfc?method=qualys&_cfclient=true" with crafted payload as data to get it logged under "coldfusion-out.log" later executes the payload by sending another POST request on the same endpoint with data "_variables={"_metadata":{"classname":"\..\logs\coldfusion-out.log","_variables":[]}}" and looks for the CALLBACK.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow an unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.
