QID 730868: Apache RocketMQ Remote Code Execution (RCE) Vulnerability

RocketMQ is a distributed messaging and streaming platform with low latency, high performance and reliability, trillion-level capacity and flexible scalability.

Several components of RocketMQ, including NameServer, Broker, and Controller, are leaked on the extranet and lack permission verification, an attacker can exploit this vulnerability by using the update configuration function to execute commands as the system users that RocketMQ is running as.

Affected versions:
Apache RocketMQ versions from 4.x prior to 4.9.6
Apache RocketMQ versions from 5.0.0 prior to 5.1.1

QID Detection Logic
Unauthenticated: This QID sends query to RocketMQ Broker on ports "10911,11911,12911 and13911" and flags if vulnerable version found running.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow an unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.
