QID 730965: Cisco Internetwork Operating System (IOS) XE Software Web UI Privilege Escalation Vulnerability (cisco-sa-iosxe-webui-privesc-j22SaA4z) (Unauthenticated Check)

Cisco IOS XE is vulnerable to unauthenticated remote code execution vulnerability. This vulnerability allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to create an account on an affected system with privilege level 15 access. The attacker can then use that account to gain control of the affected system.

QID Detection Logic (Unauthenticated):
This QID checks for vulnerable Cisco IOS XE target by sending a crafted payload as a POST request to '/webui_wsma_Http' endpoint and verifies code execution.

This vulnerability allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to create an account on an affected system with privilege level 15 access. The attacker can then use that account to gain control of the affected system.
