QID 731297: Grafana Authorization Bypass Vulnerability (CVE-2024-1313)

Grafana is a multi-platform open-source analytics and interactive visualization web application. It provides charts, graphs, and alerts for the web when connected to supported data sources.

CVE-2024-1313: It is possible for a user in a different organization from the owner of a snapshot to bypass authorization and delete a snapshot by issuing a DELETE request to /api/snapshots/ using its view key.

Grafana version 10.2.0 prior to 10.2.6
Grafana version 10.3.0 prior to 10.3.5.

QID Detection Logic (Unauthenticated):
This QID sends an HTTP GET request and retrieves a vulnerable version of a Grafana running on the target application.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow a user in a different organization from the owner of a snapshot to bypass authorization and delete a snapshot by issuing a DELETE request to /api/snapshots/ using its view key.
