Descriptionradexecd.exe in HP OpenView Client Configuraton Manager (CCM) does not require authentication before executing commands in the installation directory, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (reboot) by calling radbootw.exe or create arbitrary files by calling radcrecv.
